They are very stale, but you didn't say as such, so having it clear for me would be helpful for tags if this user is blocked (I'm yet to see if this is blockable). • I'm going to apply some level of WP:AGF. They have been blocked on commons for abusing multiple accounts recently (last month). However, only one account has overlapped on time (and not also pages). As all but WikilovesAsia and RogerNiceEyes could be seen as lost password then created new account, I'm only going to be blocking them two for the time being. I'm blocking WikilovesAsia indef as a sock and RogerNiceEyes for 2 weeks as I am treating that account as their account to use to edit from now on. I will warn them that using their other accounts which remain unblocked while they are blocked under RogerNiceEyes will cause the older accounts to be blocked and the block on RogerNiceEyes further extended.
