• MudhavatR has made about 145 edits.
• There are [https://tools.wmflabs.org/sigma/editorinteract.py?users=MudhavatR&users=B.Bhargava+Teja&users=&startdate=&enddate=&ns=&server=enwiki 65 areas of intersection] between the two users, typically Indian Telugu-language film articles and images. 65 intersections out of 145 edits is a really hard-to-believe coincidence.

I believe the early IPs are related to this sockmaster, but there is maybe a legitimate question as to whether others have contributed significantly. {{u|Kailash29792}} If you wouldn't mind scrolling through those other edits you could make an argument as to whether or not they were significant. If not, it could be deleted. If they were significant then maybe another approach, like an article merge, is warranted. These IPs are being used by this user to continue to evade their block. The evidence of a connection:

• Same interest in Telugu cinema.

• Same dreadful English (sometimes entirely incomprehensible), just see any of the plot summaries that they have written.

• Like Bhargava is known to, the IPs use "The film begins" and "Finally, the movie ends on a happy note..." in almost every plot summary they write, for examples see:

I've left the /20 IPV4 address be, as it seems not to have been used for a few days and there's a possibility of collateral damage. A CU isn't going to connect IP addresses to an account, so I don't believe a check is going to achieve anything here: we're just going to have to play whack-a-mole with the IPs. I know it is Bhargav because he always begins plot summaries with "The film begins", rewrites them completely with incoherent English (quite obviously he uses rewording software) and concludes with "finally the film/movie ends". Kailash29792 (talk) 14:51, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
