Since 18 January 2009, the "List of domain name registrars" page has been repeatedly attacked with the same exact spam, from the above user account and IPs. In each case, two links to the registrar "Papa Tiger" were added, one of which falsely claimed "Papa Tiger" to be the #1 registrar according to RegistrarStats. In every case, the spam changes are nearly identical.

• Definite sock puppets. Chasindream indefinitely blocked as a spam-only account, papatiger.com added to MediaWiki:Spam-blacklist[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Spam-blacklist&diff=prev&oldid=266191117]. I will leave the IP's unblocked given that as his IP is obviously dynamic and he will no longer have any incentive to edit, range blocking is too big of a cost for a likely non-existent gain.
