This report is primarily about the continued WP:BLOCKEVASION by the 204.111.30.214 IP implementing the same poorly-referenced population figure edits as {{noping|MrTotisChili}} (blocked as a sock by {{u|Discospinster}}) and {{noping|MrStephenLeon}} (blocked for disruptive editing by {{u|Discospinster}}). The other two IPs were previously used for the same edits.

For example, at Afro–Latin Americans:

Also take a look at this series of edits at Afro-Hondurans by two IPs and MrStephenLeon a few hours apart:

This 204.111.30.214 IP seems pretty static, having edited the same population figures as Filipino immigration to Mexico in ({{diff2|1044292162|September 2021}} while MrStephenLeon did the same in {{diff2|1068533141|January 2022}}. The 204.111.30.214 IP is still active now in March 2022, after the February 2022 blocks on the {{noping|MrStephenLeon}} and {{noping|MrTotisChili}}. — MarkH₂₁^talk 20:29, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

Chickenbrain was blocked by {{U|Discospinster}} last year, linked to Teresabrain by {{U|Ponyo}}. Teresabrain is confirmed to MrsPotatoBot and to MrStephenLeon, and the latter is confirmed to PotChickenHead. All of them edit racial/demographics stuff for Southern American countries; all of them evince a complete disregard for Wikipedia policy--or just utter incompetence. All are blocked, but there was no SPI yet and I like tags and paper trails.

{{noping|Josue10rfu15}} emerged from two years of inactivity to reinstate edits by {{noping|MrStephenLeon}}, {{noping|MrTotisChili}}, and the various blocked IPs after their block a few days ago.

Notice the change to the Peru figure ({{diff2|1075446990|Josue10rfu15}}, {{diff2|1073103905|MrTotisChili}}) using the "Lizcano" reference at Afro–Latin Americans (an article with dozens of edits by these socks in the last several months). There was previous block evasion to reinsert this reference elsewhere ({{diff3|1073779922|IP}}). Josue10rfu15 also reinserts this "Lizcano" reference at Black Peruvians ({{diff2|1075482755|Josuerfu15}}, {{diff2|1067150692|MrStephenLeon}}), an article frequented by Chickenbrain897 and MrStephenLeon.

WP:DUCK that probably doesn't even need CU, but worth a sleeper check? Note that Josue10rfu15 is a 10-year old account, so it would be the sockmaster for SPI filing purposes. — MarkH₂₁^talk 06:07, 6 March 2022 (UTC)

• From what I can see in the CU data, all of the accounts tagged as "proven" in the archive are clearly the same person (i.e. "confirmed"), but Josue10rfu15 is {{unrelated}} to that group. What I did notice that's interesting is that a possible sock of Josue10rfu15 triggered edit filter 51; {{u|Oshwah}} it looks like that's your filter, so if you could take a look at the data I stashed in https://checkuser.wikimedia.org/wiki/Chickenbrain897 and tell me what you think, I'd appreciate it. -- RoySmith (talk) 17:24, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
• Oshwah appears to be on a break, but it's not that important. I took a closer look at the accounts which might possibly be Josue10rfu15 socks. Neither has any edits on enwiki. And while one has some edits on eswiki, where Josue10rfu15 has also been active, I don't see any overlap there. So, closing with no action taken. -- RoySmith (talk) 18:01, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
