Evidence of potential sockpuppetry:

• Chiromanruma has exclusively created and edited Babangida K. Ruma and Babangida Ruma (both deleted, so no access to diffs), which both had copyvio issues.
• Rjibdutta has exclusively created and edited Babangida Kabir Ruma, which is clearly an article on the same subject. It also has copyvio issues, and the issues even stem from the same URL of ayaifoundation.wordpress.com/ayaif-founder-mal-babangida-ruma. • The user pages of {{Diff|User:Rjibdutta|667744206|667744184|Rjibdutta}} and {{Diff|User:Chiromanruma|667593196|667553413|Chiromanruma}} have nearly identical layouts consisting only of the single article title they've created.
• Potential motivation for utilizing a sockpuppet is Chiromanruma receiving numerous warning regarding his repeated removal of speedy deletion templates on Babangida Ruma (deleted, so no access to diffs). The most recent warning included reference to potential blocking for the first time. See the relevant section of his user talk page.
