Nutshell: serial and unrepentant adder of blatant-copyvio links who adds WP:IDHT, WP:COMPETENCE and WP:NLT to the mix. Note that the IPs above are just a sampling of the IPs this person has used. • Thanks for making effectively a reference sheet for the IPs he uses, but there's really nothing to do here.
