Both are single issue new accounts trying to circumvent WP:UKNATIONALS (ie. WP:Verify) by building a bogus "consensus" at Talk:John Logie Baird and Talk:Alexander Fleming. User:Tmbrln, with only 4 edits, is a blatant sock creation by User:Flagators (only 26 edits, with 100% of article edits being on Baird + Fleming. Note: brought to SPI upon [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:John&curid=7750197&diff=532742563&oldid=532707404 the suggestion] of Admin User:John, who has previously had [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alexander_Fleming&diff=530143334&oldid=530142652 to deal with] this user. • {{CURequest}} - {{Selfendorse}} - One account is backing up the edits of the other on the talk page[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=John_Logie_Baird&diff=532646982&oldid=532639091] (plus 2 identical reverts) and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:John_Logie_Baird&diff=prev&oldid=532702522], which is a bit weak. Comparing actual talk page edits [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Alexander_Fleming&diff=prev&oldid=530453555] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Alexander_Fleming&diff=next&oldid=530453555] makes a stronger case. There is a possibility it could be meatpuppetry, and these diffs by themselves make it difficult to duck block, however. Requesting and endorsing for CU to shed just a little more light.
