New account created and began agressively editing tennis/sports related articles one day after I blocked his last IPsock and opened a rangeblock. User is familiar with editing and is edit warring with the same people as KnowIG. Significant overlap of articles, including an edit [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_O2_(London)&diff=prev&oldid=430053715 here] which updates an old edit from KnowIG ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_O2_%28London%29&action=historysubmit&diff=375137451&oldid=375052312 here]).
