This user has repeatedly created the article for the subject Kes Tokyo, which resulted in it being salted. Then they were blocked on August 1 by {{u|Bbb23}} for trying to go around the salting and unblocked by {{u|Yunshui}} after they promised to not create the article again. However, once their block expired they created the article again in [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Mhbent/Kes_Tokyo&direction=prev&oldid=622313363 their sandbox] , which was then copy pasted to the mainspace by new account Athathequeen in their first edit. Mhbent blanked their sandbox right after. Then Flagsup is created and the majority of their edits have been to this article, including removing the [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kes_TokYo&diff=prev&oldid=623497914 speedy deletion template]. Kasirap is already blocked for disruptive editing. BMReditor remains active, persistently recreating the same article.

The connection: Master is Mhbent. A sock is User:Flagsup. Flagsup worked on Npk Twice. Npk Twice was created by Kasirap. BMReditor also worked on and recreated Npk Twice.

Other connections: Articles Kes Tokyo, Npk Twice and RAID LP (created and deleted by Kasirap) are all South African musicians and have obvious tell-tale formatting similarities (per email request).

Examining the contribs and deleted contribs for BMReditor and Kasirap, there is no impossible dovetailing in edits. They do not appear to be logged in both at the same time. In fact, On Sep 18 at 02:58, BMReditor [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:BMReditor&diff=prev&oldid=626031631 blanks his talk page]

After the sockmaster and previous sockpuppets were blocked, here's a WP:SPA who popped up to protest the deletion of Npk Twice at WP:REFUND#Npk Twice, a deleted article that was created by another sockpuppet earlier in this investigation.
