Looking at Talk page of Medes the IP and Nautilyus are probably the same. Also look at [https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/User_talk:Nautilyus#Another_thing the comment by another editor suspecting the same about the user Nautilyus] and the edits by Nautilyus [https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Media_%28territory%29&action=historysubmit&diff=422001471&oldid=389957918 about Media] and the edits about [https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Medes&action=historysubmit&diff=422002489&oldid=421628400 people of Media]: the two usernames are very likely the same (they have the same concerns, the same style).
