This prompted by User:GeneralizationsAreBad, for Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/OfficialPankajPatidar. New baba is stale, but Baba black is not, and while there is editing overlap with some of the accounts in that other SPI (Draft:Untold News) and some IP overlap as well, this may be a coincidence, or the result of a phone call, or a bunch of other things. That the two Babas are the same is obvious to me--they overlap on Ryan Hampton (political advocate), an obviously promotional entry. Anyway, I want Baba to have his moment in the sun.
