The new account & the IP along with Sai317 keep removing editor comments from the talk page of Potential superpowers. I have no idea why they would do this, but they seem quite set on removing comments which say Japan is not a potential superpower. This may just be a case of an editor who does not have a clue, so a warning if this is socking should suffice. Darkness Shines (talk) 15:55, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

The IPs, Xharm, and Supersaiyen312 are all the same person. I doubt the two named accounts are the same person. Xharm was an attempt at a clean start by Supersaiyen312; a very bad attempt, but no malice was intended there. The IP socking is block evasion and needs to be dealt with. • None of the IPs are currently active. As HJ Mitchell said, Billbowler2 and Xinjiang guy are not related to Supersaiyen312/Xharm. Both the original account and the mangled cleanstart one have been CU-blocked by Courcelles.
