User:Shamarvo has only worked on this draft, the article Rakesh Mohan Joshi (who appears to married to or is at least a relative of Indu and also almost certainly also created for promotional purposes), or [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commercial_policy&diff=prev&oldid=910600149 made edits trying to plug Rakesh Mohan Joshi or his books into other articles]. • Comment The original account appears to have been User:Chistiana George, who created Rakesh Mohan Joshi and was [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Chistiana_George&oldid=403010850 repeatedly warned for promotional editing], but its been a stale account since 2011.
