Per WP:DUCK; edit history is very similar, both subject-wise and content wise. Edits to Death of Osama bin Laden are identical: sockpuppeteer [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Death_of_Osama_bin_Laden&diff=prev&oldid=621654374], sock [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Death_of_Osama_bin_Laden&diff=prev&oldid=621656422]. Edits to Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories are not identical but similar in tone. Other edits from both accounts are clear vandalism.
