I think there's enough behavioral evidence to look into whether or not TDFan2006 is a "good-hand" sock identity of FanforClarl / Unorginal, or perhaps even another actor. For a mere 1100 edits (280 of which are to his own sandbox), the user has a peculiar interest in sockpuppets and has recently been doing some [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:WangsDaringsFun&diff=prev&oldid=600310431 tagging here] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:HoshiNoKaabii2000&diff=prev&oldid=600310144 there]. His [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/HoshiNoKaabii2000&diff=prev&oldid=582715075 sixth edit] at Wikipedia was to comment at an SPI report on HoshiNoKaabi2000, another sock of FanforClarl.

The user's sandbox is worth noting, as apparent test articles [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3ATDFan2006%2Fsandbox&diff=589597250&oldid=586553475 spring up], then disappear, [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3ATDFan2006%2Fsandbox&diff=591709924&oldid=591114762 then others spring up], then disappear. In [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3ATDFan2006%2Fsandbox&diff=591709924&oldid=591114762 these edits] the user begins talking about the "idents", including the "fruit" ones, which was something that HoshiNoKaabi rambled about [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Cyphoidbomb&diff=prev&oldid=563872186 on my talk page]. TD also brings it up [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Nickelodeon_%28UK_and_Ireland%29&curid=6439605&diff=597211886&oldid=558845738 here]. And [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AHoshiNoKaabii2000&diff=575611606&oldid=572858862 here is another FanforClarl sock], interacting with his other sock. Note the user name references "idents". This isn't a smoking gun, but it is a peculiarity and a strange intersection of minutia interest.

One of FanforClarl's [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ACyphoidbomb&diff=581813938&oldid=580674179 sockpuppets] also has trouble spelling that word in the exact same way. (Admins might take a closer look at the other bizarre content on the user page in that edit.)

Then on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/HoshiNoKaabii2000 this page], the user makes some half-hearted attempts to "help" the investigation, like pointing out the sock operator uses "bastard", "shit" and "bitch", so we should be on the lookout for those words as clues. And the dubious suggestion that "David Jetix" is the sock operator's real name. A person who primarily edits European kids' TV articles and networks, and one who we are to believe is 16, would presumably recognize "Jetix" as a programming brand, particularly when the word appears [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:TDFan2006/sandbox&diff=prev&oldid=585881334 in his own sandbox]. These come across as weak red herrings.

DickHead123 was created March 26, 2014.

TD's first edit of that day was [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nickelodeon&diff=prev&oldid=601331578 34 minutes] after DickHead123 was created. A few minutes later, TD tags User:NewEd1torI2345 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:NewEd1torI2345 as a sock of FanforClarl] and works on an SPI for a few minutes. User edits for a total of about 10 minutes before taking a break. A couple of hours later, DickHead123 starts editing/vandalizing [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Joyce_W._Cairns&diff=prev&oldid=601347823 here] and a minute later [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Joyce_W._Cairns&diff=prev&oldid=601347869 here]. TD returns [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:TDFan2006&diff=prev&oldid=601352841 to proclaim that he's not DickHead123], less than an hour after DickHead makes his edits. His posted protest is reminiscent of the denials HoshiNoKaabi2000 made when he was accused of being Orginal. (paraphrased) "I don't know who it is. Okay, it's my friend!"

Coincidentally, DickHead123 vandalized an article on a Scottish artist, and TDFan2006 [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:TDFan2006&diff=next&oldid=601646775 claims to be from Aberdeen].

Addendum: Though this went back and forth for a while because of some discrepancies with the CheckUser investigations, in part because I and other editors lumped some unrelated sock operators together, but TDFan2006 was ultimately blocked as a sock of HoshiNoKaabii2000. TDFan2006 denies any relationship, but HoshiNoKaabii2000 denied being related to Unorginal, which proved to be untrue. In April 2014, Smalljim blocked this IP for 1 year for persistent vandalism. • Mistake: Here's the quick and easy resolve on this: HoshiNoKaabii2000 was a problematic sock operator for about 2.5-3 years. That account was the master account, and was created in [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&action=view&user=Foxnpichu&type=newusers July 2013]. One of the accounts he created months later in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=newusers&user=TDFan2006&page=&wpdate=&tagfilter=&subtype= November 2013] was this TDFan2006 account, which he denied being responsible for until [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Foxnpichu&oldid=730011462 circa July 2016]. Now the short story of this entire ordeal is that in 2016-ish, he expressed remorse for being a pain in the ass. I made him a deal that if he stopped editing for 3 months (a modified standard offer), I'd unblock him. He kept his end of the deal, so did I. Upon being unblocked, he had his account named changed to Foxnpichu so he could get a fresh start. This was all resolved in 2016. Unfortunately, in the last week he's been the subject of needless scrutiny, which resulted in an [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&action=view&page=Foxnpichu&type=block erroneous account block] being levied against him. So, unless there's some reason to keep scrutinizing him, this issue has been resolved for years and I'm closing this report with no further action taken.
