175.36.91.0 was already determined to be an obvious sock, see Acroterion's [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=User%3A175.36.91.0&type=block block]. 120.18.154.73, while not blocked, is an obvious sock because it was parroting the same talking points as Unicornblood2018 was, and also making the same [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Falun_Gong&diff=prev&oldid=893755272 rambling screeds]. 120.18.82.66 also wrote [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Falun_Gong&diff=prev&oldid=894161578 some rambling screeds] on the same page as well. Finally 120.18.82.81 also wrote a long, rambling screed [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ARockstone35&type=revision&diff=897592629&oldid=897301109 on my talkpage], where he admitted that he was Unicornblood2018 and was blocked. I'm seeking CheckUser evidence in order to confirm that WP:3X was appropriate. I posted a notice AN stating that I marked him as banned WP:3X, but technically that was not following the rules. While no one has seemed to care enough to reverse what I did (although I 100% welcome it if someone would), I would like to follow proper protocol. As cygnis insignis points out, it's possible that someone is just pretending to be Unicornblood in an attempt to get them banned (although I highly doubt it).
