I have raised a case against this user at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard under the section "Sarah Kennedy, and refer back to the now archived conversation (also sectioned "Sarah Kennedy") at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard/Archive326. The suspected sockpuppet account has a similar style of editing, mixing semi-constructive minor edits with serious incidences of disruptive editing and vandalism. The WelshDragon18 account was banned in March for adding unsourced death dates to BLPs. Now they have blanked a biography of art director Clifford Pember and rewrote the page about a non-notable war veteran with original research alone. Both users have edited the Sarah Kennedy page. The previously banned user did not deny wrongdoing in the end but claimed their account was compromised, which wasn't accepted as a legitimate reason. Jkaharper (talk) 20:31, 25 October 2021 (UTC)

Hello. I was alerted to this via WP:BLPN. Having been involved with the WelshDragon case in March, I've scanned this suspect's edits and I'm confident that there is a match per the WP:DUCK test.
