Userpages are very similar, as well as their usernames. Editing also follows a similar pattern. NewCaraFan09 was blocked on August 27, 2008 for a week and never returned to edit. Another user also saw a similarity and asked, but CiaraFan4Ever never responded. CiaraFan4Ever does not acknowledge another account on his/her userpage, thus not following WP:SOCK

Hi this is CiaraFan4Ever, And i wanna respond to this accusation i am in now way the other user called NewCiaraFan09. I dont even know who that person is and im being all the way honest. This is my first account with wikipedia i swear.. And i dont like how im being accused of this..
