Several edits from this IP ({{ipvandal|86.132.128.191}}) have suggested that this user is the indefinitely banned user Leyasu evading his ban again:

Additionally, several similar IPs have been blocked for the same types of edits and have been listed on Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Leyasu#List of blocks and bans as such.
