Electrical Sensitivity article [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_sensitivity] has been plagued by this user with constant unsupported reverts and accusations for over a month. The user operated with many IP addresses (many of which were banned due to vandalism to wikipedia's pages) through the use of the prohibited TOR open proxy, which resulted in the article being given indefinate Semi Protection [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Electrical_sensitivity#Anonymous_Ip_editor].

The user then starting using two earlier created accounts, NotThatJamesBrown and PleaseInsertGirder. The former continued on with the reverts and the latter backed the user up on talk [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Electrical_sensitivity&diff=prev&oldid=199140233] [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Electrical_sensitivity&diff=prev&oldid=199141077] and started editing the same articles (wifi, mobile phone radiation and electrical sensitivity) at the same time.

It's so frustrating and is very clearly the same user, who seems to be using every trick in the book to try and get his way. Both have accused me of 'tenditious editing'.

Having spent the last 3 hours looking into this, I do believe that this is the same user that was banned a few weeks ago - 'Unprovoked' [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Unprovoked]. He edited the same articles and according to the case report he edited entirely through the TOR proxy [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/Case/Unprovoked].

: Per Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/NotThatJamesBrown, all these accounts are using open proxies. This, combined with the above evidence, leads me to conclude that there is abusive sock puppetry happening here. All of the accounts will be blocked. Jehochman ^Talk 14:39, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
