I've expanded this to the content of the category. The vast majority of the templates do not have enough articles to be navigational templates of substantial uses. I can see it making sense to have one template which perhaps lists the schools and the districts in two lists, but one template for every district is nonsensical given that the majority of these templates are unlikely to be filled out in the near future. Will fill in the rest of the links above when I pull the list from AWB. All templates have been tagged. --Izno (talk) 18:54, 23 June 2012 (UTC)

I created this partly as an experiment with route diagram templates, but this (a map showing multiple systems) isn't really what the template scheme was designed for. It's somewhat difficult to understand, and as the systems are expanded the template will become more and more unwieldy.
