I have single-handedly migrated every page which used this template (maybe more than hundred pages or so) to Template:Infobox ancient site. That template was already used much more widely on Wikipedia before I started migrating pages to that template. It is does exactly the same thing as Template:Infobox archaeological site and offers more options. Considering that we should avoid duplication of templates and Template:Infobox archaeological site is no longer in use on any page (except for [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Infobox_archaeological_site&hidelinks=1&hideredirs=1 six sandbox pages] of users) I propose to delete this template. #REDIRECT Template:Infobox ancient site {{infobox archaeologicial site ' and have it be functionally equivalent to typing '{{infobox ancient site '. the WP:REDIRECT page has more information, but I am happy to explain it further if you still don't understand how it works.
