Three Laws of Wikipedia
- An editor may not misinform a reader or, through inaction, allow a human being to be ignorant.
- An editor must obey the orders given it by Wikimedia Foundation except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
- An editor must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.
For all editors - humans and bots.
Based on:
- Three Laws of Robotics – a set of rules devised by the science fiction author Isaac Asimov
