Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk/Archives/2012 December 21

I was wondering if anyone could give me specific suggestions on improving an article for creation: Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Dayton_Performing_Arts_Alliance

I've included a number of verifiable sources. No statements in the article contain original research. The subject is notable for possibly being the first organization of its kind in the United States, so it's somewhat pioneering (although I haven't said so in the article because I feel like that loses the neutral POV). I've just submitted it for a third review and am concerned it will be turned down again. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

:There was a broken tag; I fixed that. Many of the references seem to consist only of an empty name without any content - they are now listed in the "references" section, but just as blank entries. I haven't checked the existing references in detail, but since they're less than half, it's probably worth the effort to re-add the others before checking them all.
