Happy New Year!
When do you anticipate competing the editorial process on my submission: PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL ISSUES AFFECTING EXPEDITIONARY SPACE MISSIONS?

:It may take a few weeks for reviewers to look at submissions. Apparently a reviewer started to review this draft but was distracted; that cost some time. It's now relisted for review and should be near the top of the queue. However, at a glance the draft reads more like an essay or a research paper than an encyclopedia article, not just explaining the state of research but arguing for specific courses of action. ;Interaction and Influences
Dr. Siddiqui belongs to Sunni, Hanafi family but from his school and college life he was enlighten Muslim and he was not against any sect or school of thought in Islam. {{cite book|title=IISAR International Catalogue|year=2000|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=60|url=http://www.iisar-international.com}}He used to study all Muslim scholars and during his association with Islamic Foundation and Muslim Community, USA he met Dr. Israr Ahmed in 1978 and was influenced by his Quranic lectures and joined Tanzeem-e-Islami and served as Ameer Tanzeem-e-Islami Chicago, Illinois, USA from 1978-1980 {{cite web|last=IISAR|first=Foundation|title=Personal web page|url=http://www.drsidiki.com|work=IISAR|publisher=IISAR|accessdate=22-12-2012}}and he worked as lecturer (Mudaris) of Quran in different cities of Chicago under guidance of Dr. Israr Ahmed but soon he realized that his deep association with any particular organization might deprived him from other sources of knowledge so he resigned from Tanzeem-e-Islami in 1980 (but still he regards Dr. Israr Ahmed and considered him, his first teacher in Quran) and spared himself for Quranic Research for the next eight years.{{cite book|title=IISAR International Catalogue|year=2000|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=43|url=http://www.iisar-international.com}} In the meanwhile he also met Dr. Ali Shariati and Dr. Fazal-ur-Rehman{{cite web|last=IISAR|first=Foundation|title=Personal web page|url=http://www.drsidiki.com|work=IISAR|publisher=IISAR|accessdate=22-12-2012}}and few other Muslims scholars in USA and spent most of his time in studies and research on Quran and Quranic scholars i.e. Hazrat Shah Wali Ullah, Molana Abul Kalam Azad, Molana Maudodi, Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Molana Amin Ahsan Islahi, and Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal.{{cite book|title=IISAR International Catalogue|year=2000|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=50|url=http://www.iisar-international.com}}
;Religious and Educational Work
During his deep study of Holy Quran Allah (ST) opened a window in his mind for the real perception and understanding of the purpose of life, and he began his struggle to achieve this end. He felt that his work may have helped to introduce the new Muslims of America with the Islamic way of life that may result in better performance of their obligatory religious functions, nevertheless, it may not yield the positive and immediate results to build a Muslim welfare society on the pattern that had been set forth by the Prophet (S.A.W) in his times. Pakistan being founded for this purpose seemed obviously the first choice for a place to take a start for this noble cause. With this motivation he returned to Pakistan in 1989 and established the Institute of Islamic Studies & Research in 1990{{cite news|title=Institute of Islamic Studies and Research, An Introduction|newspaper=Special Times|date=April,1999}} which began its work with his teaching sessions in Quran.{{cite book|title=IISAR News Letter issue-7|year=1998|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=165}} The teaching sessions continued and progressed with “Nazra, Hifz, Tajweed, Tafseer, translation and the understanding of inherent meaning of Quran.” {{cite book|title=IISAR News Letter issue-7|year=1998|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=165}}
Like Dr. Israr Ahmed and some other Mulsims scholars, Dr. Siddiqui also believes in Islamic revolutionary thoughts that the teachings of the Qur'an must be implemented in the all spheres of life but he is not agreed with the scholars who want to achieve this goal by solely political movements or insurgency. His inclination is towards the methodology, adopted by Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah {{cite book|title=IISAR News letter issue-6|year=1997|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=35}} that’s why he considered necessary to introduce the teaching of English language, the Computer Science and the present day standard of the entire social and natural and physical sciences along with the teachings of Quran. For this purpose he established a number of schools{{cite web|title=IISAR Foundation School|url=http://www.iisarfoundation.org|accessdate=22.12.2012}} , colleges{{cite web|title=Institute of Islamic Studies and Research|url=http://www.iisar.org|accessdate=22-12-2012}} and institutions to see and evolve a system of education whereby the Islamic and modern education courses could be taught with a happy blend of both systems, and at the same time the men of knowledge from all schools of thought belonging to Islam, the politicians & the Think tanks, were invited to meet on a single platform to discuss and open a dialogue for mutual understanding in order to bring solutions for issues of contention and disagreement. Thus Institute of Islamic Studies and Research (IISAR) on the basis of Quran & Sunnah took the shape of an educational{{cite news|title=Hunarman afradi qowat ka tarbiati idara|newspaper=Daily Nawa-i-waqt|date=26-04-2000}} , and socio political Movement{{cite book|title=IISAR News letter issue-6|year=1997|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=35}}. He believes that Peace, harmony and tranquility in humanity cannot be achieved until a dialogue process is started between all religions and especially between Hazrat Ibrahim’s followers (Jews, Christians and Muslims) and he also believes that main cause of Muslim civilization’s decline, degradation and deterioration is the deadlock in religious thoughts which need to be reconstructed through and should be synchronized with contemporary knowledge (natural and social sciences) accordingly.{{cite book|title=IISAR News letter issue-6|year=1997|publisher=IISAR|location=Karachi, Pakistan|pages=35}}
He gives daily lectures in Quran after Salat-ul-Fajar and after Salat-ul-Isha to the Quranic students, weekly lectures to students and teachers of schools and colleges and lectures for general public at various occasions. Hundreds of cds and videos of his lectures are available at Institute of Islamic Studies and Research’s office and web site. Besides an Educationist and Quranic scholar, Dr. Siddiqui is also know as Counselor and Psychotherapist and a lot of people come to him to discuss their psychological and social problems. He is associated with a number of national and international educational bodies, universities and organisations.{{cite web|last=IISAR|first=Foundation|title=Personal web page|url=http://www.drsidiki.com|work=IISAR|publisher=IISAR|accessdate=22-12-2012}}
;Children, following and Friends
Dr. Siddiqui has no children from his own loins but he considers all of his students as his own children as he believes that ideological relation is more important than bodily relation and a number of his students also live with him. He is influenced by Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal's thoughts that we are unique creature of Allah(ST) and if we establish our deep ideological relation with Him we can create a unique society which will define spiritual relation between humans, human and God, human and universe.{{cite web|last=IISAR|first=Foundation|title=Personal web page|url=http://www.drsidiki.com|work=IISAR|publisher=IISAR|accessdate=22-12-2012}}
There are a lot of people in Pakistan and abroad who love Dr. Siddiqui and follow his thoughts in Quran. He is friend to everyone whom he met at any occasion but a number of educationsts, scholars are/were associated with him closely i.e.. Haji Maqbool A Baksh, Prof. Rajal-ur-Rasheed, Dr. Khurshid A Khan, Afzal Mobin,{{cite news|title=News|newspaper=Daily Jasarat|date=20-01-1998}} Dr. R. H. :This is a copy of your draft. What exactly do you need help with?
:Many of the sources seem to be primary sources, his own website or his foundation's. The draft uses secondary sources only for his list of friends. Wikipedia content should be based on reliable, independent sources such as news coverage, and we need significant coverage in such sources to establish Siddiqui's notability. does a shakespeare's fool hurt anybody on account of their sarcastic wit?(As you like it-Act 2, Scene 7, lines 71-88)
I would request you to make this page because everyone needs it. This question always comes for projects and no one has the answer for it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.184.165.112 (talk) 08:26, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
Review of [[Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/LOS ANGELES DRAMA CLUB]]
Hi -
I have submitted an article for review for the Los Angeles Drama Club - there seems to be a lot of problems with my formatting - when i go to "Read" - it's a mess. Whereas in the Editing section it looks fine. This is hard to determine what the readers will see.
Please help me understand what i have to do now, if anything. It's more about a technical, formatting problem.
Thank you
Barbara Weiss

:Hi, I have made some initial changes to your layout. Please check the page history and compare the different versions to see what I have done. I have not done everything, but I hope it gives you a rough idea and you can try do the rest yourself (best way to learn is to do in my opinion), but if you're still stuck on anything, just drop me a message on my talk page. [[Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Koreatown, Long Island]]
Hi there, I've just drafted a new article entitled "Koreatown, Long Island" and tried to submit it for review by pressing "Click Here" and then "Save Page". I guess this is an updated format for creation. Anyway, it's not (yet) saying, "article submitted for review". Perhaps it's just pending in the cache. I just wanted to inform you and thereby request you to look for it so that it does not get "lost" or more likely, shelved, somewhere.
Best regards,
Castncoot (talk) 22:12, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
:Actually it did say "Review waiting"; the new message is added to the bottom of the draft, while the old, outdated "currently not submitted" message remains. Usually a bot should take care of that; I've fixed it manually now.
:On an unrelated note, the draft's sources seem insufficient. Many parts of the draft, including potentially contentious claims such as that about "one of the largest outside of Korea", don't seem to be based on sources. And multiple sources don't mention Koreatown at all. That's an original synthesis of published sources, something we shouldn't have. Huon (talk) 23:33, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
::Well, the article is just getting started, obviously. In my humble opinion, it's a pretty good start. I'm fairly good about adding references and continue to do so, as the article develops. In addition, "one of" the largest (which it, in fact, is) really isn't contentious as "the largest" (which it is not) would be; in fact, it's a rather benign observation.
Best regards,
