Welcome to WikiProject Darts. Several Wikipedians have formed this collaboration resource and group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of darts and the organization of information and articles on this topic. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions and various resources; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians interested in the topic. If you would like to help, please join the project, inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list below.
Goals
Write articles on:
- Darts and its history, terminology, culture, techniques, equipment, variants, and other aspects
- Notable darts players
- Notable darts tournaments
- Notable darts organisations
- Notable dart games (cricket, 301, etc.) and their rules
Improve darts articles:
- So they comply with Wikipedia policies and guidelines
- So they can become Good Articles and eventually Featured Articles
- Peer review them for further enhancement
Categorize articles:
- So they are easily accessible
Scope
This project is focused on darts, steel- and soft-tip, modern and historical, as a game and a sport. Also in-scope are articles on games derived from darts, such as darts simulation games (also within the scope of WP:WikiProject Video Games), as well as lawn darts (which could also be within the scope of a future WP:WikiProject Lawn Games).
Pub games more broadly are out-of-scope, as are larger-scale games/sports that are distantly historically related, such as archery and javelin toss.
Guidelines
The following is for help when creating or editing any type of darts articles, it includes information on how to write a good article with the correct layout, information, spelling, etc.

3. Put this on the talk page
4. Get to work!
