Students explore a media-related topic in which they have a personal or professional interest. They gather information from a variety of sources and make edits to a Wikipedia page where new information could be productively integrated. They use information from sources to demonstrate their understanding of the new information they explored, and reflect on Wikipedia and the nature of crowdsourced information production.
