NOQUORUM
This is a bit of soapboxing, but would it be possible to get a reminder here for admins that in closing AfDs, they are to evaluate them as PRODs before deciding whether or not to relist? (See my comments at WT:AFD and the recent discussions at WT:NAC.) If we're topic banning non-admins for relisting on the grounds that admins are supposed to be evaluating these as PRODs, it doesn't make much sense if admins aren't doing this, and I think a part of that may be education. (Also, I'm going to canvass this at WT:AFD and ping {{u|Winged Blades of Godric}}, since he also raised it with me). TonyBallioni (talk) 15:47, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
:{{u|Winged Blades of Godric}}: fix ping. TonyBallioni (talk) 15:47, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

::I've got no issue with that{{hp|MusikAnimal|Mz7}}, why don't you write up something short? ~ Amory (u • t • c) 21:23, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
:::I've got no problem with this either, so long as this expectation is documented somewhere that we can link to. — MusikAnimal talk 22:33, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
