My experience with MastCell’s contributions, while limited, have led me to believe he is not a good candidate for arbcom. In a nutshell, MastCell blocked a user [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=block&page=User:TShilo12] with whom he had a previous dispute [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:MastCell&oldid=150862117#re:__your_baseless_accusation] and whom he had tangled in an arbcom decision [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration/Allegations_of_apartheid/Evidence&diff=next&oldid=170308875] in which MastCell was heavily involved, posted a query as to the questionable block [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=prev&oldid=170384022 ] on AN/I, received one brief, tepid post [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=prev&oldid=170391209] of support from an uninvolved editor (after waiting just a few hours), then blocked the editor while the editor was away from Wikipedia. When objections were lodged [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=170991680&oldid=170991189],[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=171374474&oldid=171373317], [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=prev&oldid=171133665], MastCell not only refused to consider that he might have done something wrong, but went on the attack [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jossi&diff=prev&oldid=171356850] against the editors objecting, suggesting that criticism of his admin action constituted a violation of WP:NPA and WP:BATTLE.
