You are right. I should not have written "no BEFORE", even if it looked exactly like it.

Please note that it was not a matter of not AGF. I did not presume you had some negative approach too the matter.

I see no sign that my search skills are any better than yours. You do, however, implicitly raise a very important point, that is, Wikipedians who do not have the relevant knowledge should not create/cause significant changes to content, and article deletion is a significant change. To this end I have made an addition to WP:BEFORE.
