Application length?

Hi all; curious about a discrepancy at the Wikipedia:Online Ambassadors/Apply page — at one point it says, in regard to closing a request, 'preferably after at least a week has past or at least for four ambassadors have weighed in and agree', but in another spot it claims 'open for at least 2 weeks'. Just to further add to the confusion, in looking at this recent application, it appears the time frame is just 5 days—clarification? ;) —Theopolisme (talk) 02:28, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

:I think the two week window is good. That gives time for several people to review the application. The Interior (Talk) 02:30, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

Typo in application form.

The word "you" is missing in "issue with copyright violation how would resolve it". It should be "how would you resolve it". • Jesse V.(talk) 00:36, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

Applications now going to the Education Noticeboard

Forgot to mention this to any people who are watching here but not at the Ed noticeboard: there was a discussion to post new applications there rather than here. Here's the thread: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Education_noticeboard/Archive3#Online_Ambassador_applications] If you missed out on that and disagree, we can re-open it. Otherwise, ambassadors wanting to help out with applications should watchlist the noticeboard. There are two new applications open right now. Best, The Interior (Talk) 04:43, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
