My feeling is that the oppose vote by User:The Great Editor In Chief should struck down. The editor has been engaged in severely disruptive behavior in his short time on WP, he is now indef blocked and even his own talk page has been protected to disallow him further access. ::Yes, you are probably right. Upon reflection, I also think it is a good idea to move the entire exchange regarding his vote here and to leave it to closing bureaucrats to deal with it. Also, a note to those who will look at his talk page: please check his block log as well. Initially that user was indef blocked for an inappropriate user name and then the block was modified to an indef block for disruption (the talk page does not make that very clear).
