One party has expressed his opinion that we have now achieved as much as we need in this Mediation:

Pending no objections from the other parties, I move to close this case following agreement from participants. However, I would note that HB Dragon's comment above will be interpreted as his withdrawal of agreement to this Mediation which, per the Mediation policy, will result in this case's closure.

Hopefully we can have this wrapped up by Monday.
