He founds on this base the conclusion that some IP [http://samspade.org/whois/209.172.104.100 from California] (I reside in Bulgaria) who insulted him on his talk page was arguably me. According to the documentation of Template:sockpuppeteer the parameter "evidence" is used only for indefinite blocking, id est when the evidence is conclusive and affirmative of the claim (according to the CheckUser it is inconclusive).

I therefore consider the inane presence of this template on my user page in discordance with its documentation a humiliating contumely and aspire after a mediation which would resolve issue. Bogorm (talk) 08:44, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
