Move discussion at [[Russian invasion of Ukraine]]
An editor has requested that :Russian invasion of Ukraine be moved to :Russo-Ukrainian War (2022–present), which may be of interest to this WikiProject. You are invited to participate in the move discussion. FOARP (talk) 08:31, 27 February 2025 (UTC)
The European Destubathon
Project members are invited to participate in The European Destubathon in April. Almost $3000 in Amazon voucher prizes, including a prize for articles from your project, which can be used to buy books for content, though it can also be treated as an editathon if you're not interested in competing! Minimum content to be added to each article just to ensure that they're over a stub, though longer expansions also welcome. Entries at the end of the contest will be tipped into the 50,000 Destubbing Challenge and European Challenge. Previous contests were really enjoyable and I'm hoping this one will be too! Sign up if interested. Thanks! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:42, 10 March 2025 (UTC)

The DCWC is back!
File:Developing countries award - gold.svg
WikiProject Belarus, the Developing Countries WikiContest will be returning for a second year, and sign-ups are now open! The contest will run from 1{{nbsp}}July to 30{{nbsp}}September, and the objective remains the same: improve as many articles relating to developing countries as you can to help fight systemic bias on Wikipedia.
In other news, we have a new face on the coordinator team this year: last year's sixth-place finisher, {{user|Arconning}}! The coordinators would like to extend a sincere thanks to {{user|Ixtal}}, who is leaving the team, without whom the contest would not exist. After feedback from contestants last year, the scoring rules are undergoing some modifications; the new rules and a summary of the changes made will be posted to the contest talk page shortly.
If you have any questions, please leave a message on the contest talk page, use the {{tl|@DCWC coordinators}} template, or contact one of the coordinators: {{user|Arconning}}, {{user|sawyer777}}, or {{user|TechnoSquirrel69}}.
