This user is persistently adding links to websites that he creates through is web design company (as seen [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Harry_Longabaugh&diff=prev&oldid=336845984 here] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Emily_Deschanel&action=historysubmit&diff=340071629&oldid=339809298 here])

He was warned about adding WP:COI content to BLPs through the BLP noticeboard for adding links to websites claiming to be officially representing Emily Deschanel. At the time, the website didn't even have any content on it; just a front page stating it was the actress' official website. Anonymous IPs then began persistently re-adding the external links to page Emily Deschanel as seen [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Emily_Deschanel&action=historysubmit&diff=341029734&oldid=341022586 here] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Emily_Deschanel&action=historysubmit&diff=340844692&oldid=340842967 here] even as other editors also reverted the edits. I requested page semi-protection, and (obviously) the anonymous IP edits stop and Fbeals is back adding the links himself with edit summaries stating he is acting on behalf of the actress (seen [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Emily_Deschanel&action=historysubmit&diff=341041300&oldid=341039310 here]). As can be seen on his talk page, he has been warned by different editors about linkspamming, but persists. Some of his edits violate BLP policy ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Edwin_D._Hill&diff=prev&oldid=338658783 seen here]) but the spamming is what obviously is causing problems.

I'm requesting a short-term block, and perhaps a note from an admin reaffirming policy on linkspam? It's entirely possible (wp:agf) that he is acting on behalf of the actress, and that [http://www.emilyerindeschanel.com/ this] is the actress' official website, but he's got a really obvious COI and shouldn't be self-promoting his websites through wikipedia. Attempts to talk to this user and discuss policy politely on his talk page have failed; it's been explained that adding links to wiki doesn't improve your listing in search engines, and that a user without a COI would likely add an official website very quickly, but user has not responded on his talk page. I am completely serious. I was shocked when I looked at the page for "The Crazies" and saw that it was turned into a virtual linkfarm for dreadcentral and bloody-disgusting.com. I pointed out two egregious examples in the talk page for The Crazies:

:Please reject this report wholescale. Both sites are RELIABLE SOURCES used by the film project and horror project for years, and they have been vetted through GA and FA reviews. This user went through and removed them from numerous articles without any real reasons, and appears to hae some personal issue with both sites, rather than a legitimate concern of "spam".
