:It's poorly translated from an original that's rather unfocused and overlaps content better covered elsewhere, but the topic is easily verifiable. There don't seem to be many sources that make in-depth mention beyond a historical footnote, though, so at best, with the irrelevant content trimmed out, this would be a two-paragraph perma-stub. I've renamed the article to Prachan Khiri Khet, which reflects the intended pronunciation and the fact that it wasn't actually a province, as its existence predated the provincial administration system. --Paul_012 (talk) 01:17, 28 January 2025 (UTC)

:The overdue national census was supposed to take place in 2020, but was called off due to the pandemic. It's now scheduled to begin this April. WikiProject Thailand, the Developing Countries WikiContest will be returning for a second year, and sign-ups are now open! The contest will run from 1{{nbsp}}July to 30{{nbsp}}September, and the objective remains the same: improve as many articles relating to developing countries as you can to help fight systemic bias on Wikipedia.

In other news, we have a new face on the coordinator team this year: last year's sixth-place finisher, {{user|Arconning}}! The coordinators would like to extend a sincere thanks to {{user|Ixtal}}, who is leaving the team, without whom the contest would not exist.
