Geography
Willow Hill is located in eastern Jasper County. It is {{convert|1|mi|0}} south of Illinois Route 33 and {{convert|9|mi|0}} east of Newton, the county seat.

There were 85 housing units at an average density of {{Convert|81.81|/sqmi|/km2}}. The racial makeup of the village was 98.26% White, 0.00% African American, 0.58% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.16% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.00% of the population.
There were 89 households, out of which 23.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.45% were married couples living together, 19.10% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.96% were non-families. 32.58% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.87% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.93 and the average family size was 2.99.
The village's age distribution consisted of 37.6% under the age of 18, 11.7% from 18 to 24, 19.1% from 25 to 44, 17.8% from 45 to 64, and 13.9% who were 65 years of age or older.
