Justice was outmatched by defensive end Osi Umenyiora of the Giants in his first appearance in the NFL. On November 24, 2009, Justice was given a four-year contract extension, which put him under contract until the end of the 2013 season.{{Cite web|author=Wulf, Bo |title=Eagles Sign Justice To Long-Term Extension |url=http://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/news/Story.asp?story_id=19496 |publisher=PhiladelphiaEagles.com |date=November 24, 2009 |access-date=November 24, 2009}}
