Woźnice {{IPAc-pl|w|o|ź|'|n|i|c|e}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mikołajki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|7|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Mikołajki, {{convert|22|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Mrągowo, and {{convert|75|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
