Woman Draped in Patterned Handkerchiefs is a 1908 British short silent documentary film, directed by George Albert Smith as a showcase of his new Kinemacolor system, which features a woman displaying assorted tartan cloths, both draped on her body and waved semaphore-style. The patterned handkerchiefs are, according to Michael Brooke of BFI Screenonline, "presumably the same cloths featured in Tartans of Scottish Clans (1906), this time shown from various angles."{{cite web |title=Woman Draped in Patterned Handkerchiefs |first= |last= |url=http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/title/21562 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20121023040206/http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/title/21562 |url-status=dead |archive-date=2012-10-23 |work=BFI Film & TV Database |date= |accessdate=2011-04-24 }}{{cite web |title=Woman Draped in Patterned Handkerchiefs |first=Michael |last=Brooke |url=http://www.screenonline.org.uk/film/id/727905/index.html |work=BFI Film & TV Database |date= |accessdate=2011-04-24 }}{{cite web |title=Kinemacolor test films |first= |last= |url=http://www.terramedia.co.uk/brighton/brighton_films_kinemacolor%20tests.htm |work=Brightonfilm.com |date= |accessdate=2011-04-24 }}
