The Wushi Harbor ({{zh|t=烏石漁港|s=乌石渔港|first=t|p=Wūshí Yúgǎng}}) is a harbor in Toucheng Township, Yilan County, Taiwan.

History

The harbor was inaugurated in 1826.{{cite web|url=https://guidetotaipei.com/visit/wushigang-harbor-%E7%83%8F%E7%9F%B3%E6%B8%AF-wu-shi-gang-port|title=Wushigang Harbor|website=Guide to Taipei|access-date=4 July 2021}} It used to be the commercial hub for cargo ships entering and leaving the area during Qing Dynasty. In 19th century, there has been many sedimentation on the harbor seabed. With addition to the opening of Yilan Line railway, the harbor became less popular. After the year 2000, the Executive Yuan designated the harbor area as park and cultural zone.

Architecture

The harbor features tourist information center, fish market etc.{{cite web|url=http://www.whalewatching.org.tw/go/eng/map_1.htm|website=whalewatching.org.tw|title=GO!GO!Whale-Watching!|accessdate=2017-10-29}} The Lanyang Museum is also located nearby the area.

Transportation

The harbor is accessible within walking distance north of Toucheng Station of Taiwan Railways.
