Xavier Proctor (born November 1, 1990) is an American former professional football offensive tackle. Early life
Xavier Proctor was born on November 1, 1990, in Morgantown, West Virginia. He attended Mount Hebron High School in Ellicott City, Maryland.
College career
Proctor played as a defensive lineman for the North Carolina Central Eagles from 2008 to 2012. He was redshirted in 2008.
