Career
In 2000, Yu, a second soloist,{{cite book|author=Leslie Getz|title=Attitudes & Arabesques|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=TZY7AQAAIAAJ|year=2000|publisher=Mid-Peninsula Dance Guild|page=23}} performed the role of Tatiana in the ballet Onegin.
