Xiphisterinae is a subfamily of marine ray-finned fishes, classified within the family Stichaeidae, the pricklebacks or shannies. These fishes are found in the North Pacific Ocean.{{Cof family|family= Xiphisterinae |access-date=15 August 2022}}
