The YWCA-YMCA of Sweden ({{langx|sv|KFUK-KFUM Sverige}}) is the Swedish branch of the YMCA and the YWCA. It was established in 1966 following a merger of the formerly separate YMCA of Sweden and the YWCA of Sweden, which were originally founded in 1884 and 1885 respectively.{{cite web |title=Historia |url=http://kfum.se/om-oss/historia/ |trans-title=History |language=Swedish |location=Stockholm |publisher=YWCA-YMCA of Sweden |access-date=14 November 2018}}

In 2011, the organization decided to use the term {{lang|sv|KFUM Sverige}} during promotion where M now stands for {{lang|sv|människor}} ("people") instead of {{lang|sv|män}} (men) as before.{{cite web |title=KFUK-KFUM Sveriges Riksombudsmöte i Umeå, 29–30 oktober 2011 |url=https://kfum-sp.rundesktop.se/Filarkiv/Protokoll/Riksombudsmötesprotokoll/KFUM-Sverige-ROM2011-protokoll.pdf |language=sv |location=Stockholm |publisher=YWCA-YMCA of Sweden |access-date=5 March 2012}}

The YWCA-YMCA of Sweden has 40,000 members in 140 local associations.{{cite web |title=Organisation |url=http://kfum.se/om-oss/organisation/ |trans-title=Organization |language=Swedish |location=Stockholm |publisher=YWCA-YMCA of Sweden |access-date=14 November 2018}} Several Swedish YWCA-YMCA associations have been successful in sport.
