The yellow-rumped siskin (Spinus uropygialis) is a species of finch in the family Fringillidae.

It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru.

Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist montane forests , as well as high-altitude shrubland.
