Yuexi County ({{zh|s=岳西县|t=岳西縣|p=Yuèxī Xiàn}}), is a county in the southwest of Anhui Province, China, bordering Hubei Province to the west. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Anqing. It has a population of 400,000 and an area of {{Convert|2398|km2|abbr=on}}. The government of Yuexi County is located in Tiantang Town.
