Yuri Nikolayevich Galtsev ({{langx|ru|Юрий Николаевич Гальцев}}; born April 12, 1961, Kurgan) is a Russian entertainer and clownery, TV presenter, parodist, singer, theater, film and television actor. Life

Yuri Galtsev was born on April 12, 1961, in Kurgan, Kurgan Oblast, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. His father, Nikolai Afanasievich Galtsev (1935–2011), was a director of the reinforced concrete products factory, Honored Builder of the USSR.
