Yusuf Demir ({{IPA|tr|juˈsuf deˈmiɾ|lang}}; born 2 June 2003) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a right winger for Süper Lig club Galatasaray.

On 23 August 2021, Demir made his competitive debut against Athletic Bilbao. Demir became the champion in the Süper Lig in the 2022–23 season with the Galatasaray team. Demir was a youth international for Austria.
